<br />Description:
<br />The land referred to herein is situated in the State of C'aji2ornia,
<br />County of Alameda, City of San Leandro, described as follows:
<br />PARCEL 1:
<br />Lots 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, as said lots are
<br />shown on the map of "Estudillo Park, Eden TWP., Alameda County,
<br />California, 1910", filed January 31, 1911, in Book 26 of maps,
<br />Page 7, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County.
<br />Excepting therefrom, that portion thereof, described in the deed to
<br />San Lorenzo School District of Alameda County, a Public corporation,
<br />dated July 31, 1950, recorded August 10, 1950, in Book 6191 of
<br />official Records, of Alameda County, Page 579.
<br />PARCEL 2:
<br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the northern boundary
<br />line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed from
<br />Manuel H. Garcia, to Manuel S. Rogers, dated April 4, 1908, and
<br />recorded April 6, 1908, in Book 1444 of Deeds, Page 290, Alameda
<br />County Records, with the northeastern line of the right of way
<br />of the Central Pacific Railway Company; running thence east along
<br />said northern boundary line of the parcel of land described in
<br />the deed to Manuel S. Rogers above referred to, 1174.61 feet, more
<br />or less, to the eastern boundary line thereof; thence south 0° 10'
<br />east along the last named line, 317 feet to the southern boundary
<br />line thereof; thence west along the last named line, 885.49 feet,
<br />more or less, to said northeastern line of the right of way of the
<br />Central Pacific Railway Company; and thence northwesterly along
<br />said last named line, 429.03 feet, more or less, to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Excepting therefrom, any portion thereof, lying north of the
<br />northern boundary line of the property described in the deed
<br />from John B. ward, trustee, et. al., to Walter Hogg, dated
<br />November 30, 1866 and recorded February 5, 1867, in Book "X"
<br />of Deeds, Page 123, Alameda County Records.
