GRANT DEED <br />IONE MASKELL, a widow, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />a municipal corporation, all the real property situated in the City of <br />San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of 143rd <br />Avenue (formerly known as Knox Avenue), 50 feet wide, <br />distant thereon 142.00 feet southwesterly from the <br />intersection thereof with the southimst line of Fast <br />14th Street (formerly known as the County Road from <br />San Leandro to Hayward) as last said line is described <br />in the dead from John Castro and wife, to the County <br />of Alameda, dated April 19, 1929, and recorded in <br />Book 3225 on page 97, Alameda County Records; thence <br />along said center line south 43' 25' 45" west 158.42 feet; <br />thence north 46' 35' 15" west 28.37 feeti thence north <br />41' 01' 00`: east 158.56 feet to the most westerly corner <br />of that parcel of land described in the Grant of Ease- <br />ment from Iona F.
