SL-791047 <br />That parcel of land in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the center line of Knox Avenue, distant <br />142 feet Southwesterly from the intersection thereof with the <br />Southwestern line of the County Road from San Leandro to Hayward, <br />(also known as East 14th Street), as said line is described in <br />the deed from John Castro and wife, to the County of Alameda, dated <br />April 19, 1929, and recorded in Book 3225 of Official Records, on <br />page 97); running thence South 420 West along the center line of <br />said Knox Avenue, 158.42 feet to a point distant thereon North 420 <br />East 80.58 feet from the Southwestern line of the premises described <br />in the deed to John Castro, and Georgiana Castro, his wife, dated <br />October 21, 1922, and recorded in Book 2581 of Official Records, <br />on page 196; thence North 480 West 154.24 feet, to the Northwestern <br />line of the premises conveyed to said Castro; thence North 420 East <br />along said Northwesterly line 158 feet more or less, to the South- <br />western line of the land described in the Decree Quieting Title <br />in favor of the American Trust Company, dated May 21, 1936, and <br />recorded in Book 3343 of Official Records, on page 95; thence South <br />480 East along said Southwesterly line, 154.24 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />
