Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the center line of 143rd Avenue <br />(formerly known as Knox Avenue), 50 feet wide, distant thereon <br />142.00 feet southwesterly from the intersection thereof with <br />the southwest line of East 14th Street (formerly known as the <br />County Road from San Leandro to Hayward) as last said line is <br />described in the deed from John Castro and wife, to the County <br />of Alameda, dated April 19, 1929, and recorded in Book 3225 on <br />page 97, Alameda County Records; thence along said center line <br />south 43025145" west 158.42 feet; thence north 46035'15" west <br />28.37 feet; thence north 41001'00" east 158.56 feet to the most <br />westerly corner of that parcel of land described in the Grant <br />of Easement from Ione F.
