BGLDWIN, ;.surviving joint tenant, hereby grants to the CIY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining a sanitary sewer, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on and across those certain premises situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A strip or parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda., State of California, being the southwest 5.00 feet of the northwest 50.00 feet of Lot 19 in Block 7 as said lot and block are shown on the map of "Broadmoor, Alameda County," filed January 30, 1908, in Book 23 of Maps at page 68, Alameda County Records.
