G R A N T T E E D <br />TIMOTHY CORPORATION hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />a municipal corporation, all the real property situated in the City of <br />San Leandro, County of. Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Commencine at the intersection of the southwest line of that <br />certain parcel of land described an "Parcel 2" in the deed <br />from John yenriques and his wife, to Lebrun Inc., a California <br />corporation, dated May 9, 1951 and recorded May 16, 1951 in <br />Book 6439 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 175, <br />with the northwest line of Williams Street, fornerls Vest Avenue <br />129; thence along the last said line south 61°55'30" west 309.69 <br />feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast, having a rad- <br />ius of 20.00 feet; thence along the said curve, southwesterly, <br />westerly and northwesterly a distance of 31.42 feet to a.. tangent <br />line, said tangent line being also the northeast line of Timothy <br />Drive as described in the deed to the City of San Leandro, dated <br />November 20, 1953 and recorded December 10, 1953 in Book 7201 <br />of Official Records of Alameda Counter, at page 143; thence along <br />the last said line north 28°04'30" west, 130.00 feet to the TRUE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the said northeast <br />line of Timothy Drive north 28°04'30" west, 240.00 feet; thence <br />north 61'35'30" east, 2.00 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel <br />with and 2.00 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, from <br />the said northeast line of Timothy Drive, south 28'04130" east, <br />240.00 feet; thence south 61°55'30" west, 2.00 feet to the TRUE <br />POINT OF PECTNNTYC. <br />The above described parcel of land cor:tains 480 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />T IM <br />Assessor's No. 77A-644-5-1 <br />TIMOTHY CORPORATION <br />By <br />
