You are hereby requested, in accordance with the terms of such deed of trust, to reconvey, without warranty. to the person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now held by you thereunder in and to that portion of the property described in the deed of trust, situate in the County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of that parcel of land described in the deed from Atlantic Richfield Company to Larry M. Darcellos, recorded June 18, 1976, on Reel 4409, at Image 338, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northwest line of Williams Street. formerly West Avenue 129 and Countv Road No. 7984 (60 feet wide), with the northeast line of Doolittle Drive (80 feet wide), as said Drive is described in the Crant of Right of Way from Mary C.
