DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVF.YANCE
<br />A1MRICAN SECURITIES COMPANY, as trustee under a deed of trust
<br />dated May 13, 1976, made by LARRY M. RARCELLOS and JANICF L. BARCELLOS
<br />as trustor and recorded on June 18, 1976, on Reel 4409, Image 340, of
<br />Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California,
<br />has received from beneficiary thereunder a written request to reconvey in
<br />accordance with the terms of such deed of trust all estate now held by
<br />such trustee under the deed of trust in and to the property hereinafter
<br />described; and the deed of trust and note or notes secured thereby have
<br />been presented for endorsement.
<br />Therefore, AMERICAN SECURITIES COMPANY, the trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, all estate, now held by trustee under the deed of trust, in
<br />and to that property situated in Alameda County, California, described
<br />as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of. Alameda,
<br />State of California, being a portion of that parcel of land
<br />described in the deed from Atlantic Richfield Company to
<br />Larry M. Barcellos and Janice L. Barcellon, recorded June 18,
<br />1976, on Reel 4409. at Imaee 338, Alameda County Records, and
<br />being further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwest line of
<br />Williams Street, formerly West Avenue 129 and County Road
<br />No. 7984 (60 feet wide), with the northeast line of Doolittle
<br />Drive (80 feet wide). as said drive is described in the Grant
<br />of Right of Way from Mary C. Skillen to the County of Alameda,
<br />dated January 21, 1947, and recorded February 2S, 1947, under
<br />Recorder's Series AB117434, Alameda County Records: thence
<br />along last said line north 26° 31' west 150 feet to the north-
<br />west line of said parcel from Atlantic Richfield to Barcellos;
<br />thence along last said line north 62' 30' east 12.00 feet to
<br />a line drawn parallel with and I2.00 feet northeasterly, mea-
<br />sured at right angles, from the said northeast line of Doolittle
<br />Drive; thence along said parallel line south 26' 31' east 99.31
<br />feet to a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius
<br />of 40.00 feet; thence southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly
<br />along said curve, through a central angel of 90' 59', a distance
<br />of 63.52 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet north-
<br />westerly, measured at right angles, from the said northwest line
<br />of Williams Street; thence along last said parallel line north
<br />62' 30' east 97.31 feet to the northeast line of the said parcel
<br />from Atlantic Richfield to Barcellos; thence along last said line
<br />south 26' 31' east 10.00 feet to the said northwest line of
<br />Williams Street: thence al.onq last said line south 62' 30' west
<br />150 feet to the Beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 3,537 square feet,
<br />more or less.
