<br />ASSOCIATED AEROSPACE ACTIVITIES, INC., a California corporation,
<br />hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all the
<br />real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda,
<br />State of California, being a portion of the parcel of land
<br />described in the deed from U.M.C. Industries, Inc., a
<br />Delaware Corporation, to Associated Aerospace Activities,
<br />Inc., recorded March 20, 1972, on Reel 3086 at Image 329,
<br />Alameda Ccunty Records, and being further described as
<br />follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwest line of Aurora
<br />Drive (60 feet wide), as described in the Street Dedication,
<br />from Mendonca and Western Electric Co. to City of San Leandro,
<br />recorded June 24, 1954, in Book 7353 at page 472, Alameda County
<br />Records, with the northwest line of Williams Street (60 feet
<br />wide), being also the southeast. line of that certain 129.20 acre
<br />tract of land described in the deed from Rene de Tocqueville to
<br />Jose Bernardo Mendonca recorded November 1, 1901, in Book 799
<br />of Deeds at page 273, Alameda County Records; thence along the
<br />last said line south 62° 30' 00" west 223.50 feet; thence north
<br />26° 31' 00" west 10.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and
<br />10.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the
<br />said northwest line of Williams Street; thence along said parallel
<br />line north 62' 30' 00" east 194.01 feet to a tangent curve concave
<br />to the northwest, having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence northeast-
<br />erly, northerly, and northwesterly along said tangent curve, through
<br />a central angle of 89° 01' 00" a distance of 46.61 feet to a point
<br />of cusp with a tangent line, last said tangent line being said
<br />southwest line of Aurora Drive; thence along the last said line
<br />south 26° 31' 00" east 39.49 feet to the BEGINNING.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 2,420 square feet,
<br />more or less.
