Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of the parcel of land described in the deed from U.M.C. Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, to Associated Aerospace Activities, Inc., recorded March 20, 1972, on Reel 3086 at Image 329, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwest line of Aurora Drive (60 feet wide), as described in the Street Dedication, from Mendonca and Western Electric Co, to City of San Leandro, recorded June 24, 1954, in Book 7353 at page 1172, Alameda County Records, with the northwest line of Williams Street (60 feet wide), being also the southeast line of that certain 129.20 acre tract of land described in the deed from Rene de Tocqueville to Jose Bernardo :Indonca recorded November 1, 1901, in Book 799 of Deeds at page 273, Alameda County Records; thence along the last said line south 62030'00" west 223.50 feet; thence north 26031100" west 10.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said northwest line of Williaams Street; thence along said parallel line north 62030100" east 194.01 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence northeast- erly, northerly, and northwesterly along said tangent curve, through a central ankle of 89001100" a distance of 46.61 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, last said tangent line being said southwest line of Aurora Drive; thence along the last said line south 26031'00" east 39.49 feet to the BEGINNING.
