Mendonca, dated September 18, 1941, re- <br />corded October 17, 1941, in book 4102 of Official Records of Alameda County, at <br />page 405, (00-57188), described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwestern line of Aurora Drive, <br />as said Aurora Drive is described in Street Dedication dated February 23, 1954 <br />and recorded June 24, 1954, in book 7353 of Official Records of Alameda County, <br />at page 471, (AJ-53172), with the southeastern line of that certain 129.20 acre <br />tract of land described in the deed from Rene de Tocqueville and Henrietta LeRoy <br />de Tocqueville to Jose Bernardo Mendonca, dated November 1, 1901 and recorded <br />November 1, 1901, in book 799 of Deeds, at page 273, Alameda County Records; run- <br />ning thence north 26° 31' west, along said line of Aurora Drive, 348.26 feet; thence <br />,pouth 62° 30' west 223.495 feet; thence south 26° 31' east 348.26 feet to a point <br />on the said southeastern line of the 129.20 acre tract; thence along said last-men- <br />tioned line north 62° 30' east 223.495 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
