GRANT OF EASEMENT

<br />part, do hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEAINDRO, a municipal corporation,
<br />party of the second part, an easement for the installation, operation and
<br />maintenance of a sanitary sewer in, under, alonry and across th:xt certain
<br />strip of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, described as follows:

<br />Series A14/185902, and portion of the parcel of land described in the
<br />deed to Jose G. Bautista and wife, recorded September 24, 1964, Reel
<br />1321, Image 85, Official Records of Alameda County, Series AW 153821,
