DESCRIPTION OF A STRIP OF LAND TO BE <br />ACQUIRED FOR THE PURPOSE OF WIDENING <br />A PORTION OF LEWELLING BOULEVARD <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 1 in block A, being <br />the easterly terminus of the northwest line of that portion of <br />Lewelling Boulevard widened to 79 feet, as said lot, block, and <br />boulevard are shoran on the map of Tract 1680, filed July 11, 1956, <br />in book 37 of naps, at pages 29 and 30, Records of Alamed4 County, <br />California; thence north 710 50' 30" east 60.00 feet along the <br />prolongation of the last mentioned line, <br />I, James L.
