Vle are interested in annexing to the City of San Leandro <br />the small strip of land we own adjoining our grounds, which <br />piece was recorded on August 27, 1954, Transcript AJ 74900 and <br />has the following legal description: <br />All that real property situated in the County of Alameda, <br />State of California, commencing at a point on the northwest- <br />ern line of West Avenue 132, distant thereon north 620 301 <br />east 1362.44 feet from the northeastern line of Menlo Street, <br />as said street is shown on the "Map of Mulford Gardens, Unit <br />No. I, Alameda County, California, filed May 2, 1927, in <br />Book 12 of Maps, at Page 69, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County; run thence north 270 301 west <br />637.50 feet to the actual point of beginning of the parcel of <br />land to be described; and running thence north 27' 301 west <br />15 feet; thence north 620 301 east 683.29 feet to the south- <br />western line of Merced Street; thence along the last named <br />line, south 270 301 east 15 feet; thence south 620 301 west <br />683.29 feet to the actual point of beginning." <br />We request that this 0.235 acres be annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro in conformity with the balance of our holdings at this <br />location.
