3 <br />Commencing on the southeastern line of First Avenue at <br />the most northern corner of the territory annexed to the <br />City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 1103 N.S. and shown <br />on the map delineating said territory filed December 16, <br />1957 in Book 40 of maps, page 15A, Alameda County Records, <br />being also on the City of San Leandro boundary as estab- <br />lished by Ordinance No. 758 N.S. and shown on the map <br />delineating said boundary filed June 25, 1948 in Book 16 <br />of Maps, page 42, Alameda County Records; thence north- <br />easterly 351.89 feet, more or less, along the southeast <br />line of First Avenue and City boundary to a corner of <br />the territory annexed by said Ordinance No. 758 NoSo, <br />being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south <br />280 00° east 993.66 feet along the southwestern line of <br />said territory to the northwestern line of the territory <br />annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 845 <br />N.S. and shown on the map delineating said territory filed <br />November 16, 1951 in Book 32 of Maps, page 27, Alameda <br />County Records; thence southwesterly 100 feet along the <br />northwestern line of the last mentioned territory; thence <br />north 280 W west 993.66 feet to the said southeastern <br />line of First Avenue.; thence northeasterly 100 feet along <br />the last mentioned line to the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2.28 acres, <br />more or less. <br />Section 4. A riew section to be known as Section 7-2-209 is hereby <br />added to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, to read <br />as follows - <br />"Section 7-2-209: On \, ¢ t, / % , 1958, by Ordinance No. t <br />N.S., the San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 79 (Auto & Truck <br />Forwarding, Inc.) was annexed to this City." <br />Section 5. The aforesaid property known as the San Leandro Industrial <br />District, Unit No. 79 is hereby zoned as Industrial or I District. <br />Section 6.
