TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUMIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />L_j <br />The undersigned., AUTO&TRUCK FCRWARDING, III., a corporation, <br />hereby petitions your Honorable Body to annex to the City of San <br />'�' �_- <br />Leandro the hereinafter described property, and to that end we re- <br />spectfully represent: <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth of the area <br />of land in such territory, to wit, that we own the whole thereof, <br />and that we represent not less than one-fourth of the assessed value <br />of such territory according to the last preceding equalized assess- <br />ment roll of Alameda County in which said territory is situated, to <br />wit, that we represent the whole of such assessed value. <br />We also agree; in view of the fact that we will receive all <br />the benefit of the existing bonded indebtedness of the City, to pay <br />our proper pro rata of such indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all that land <br />situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, and State of <br />California, described on Exhibit "A" hereto annexed and made a <br />part hereof. <br />AUTO=TRUCK FCRWARDING III. <br />By " Date Se ternber 9, 1958 <br />
