IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANERO <br />RESOLUTION N0. 3' ID C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT <br />(Auto Truck Forwarding Inc.) <br />Whereas, a contract with AutorTruck Forwarding Inc., has <br />been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />ME <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of said <br />agreement; <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said contract be and the same hereby is approved and the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf <br />of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Gill and passed and <br />adopted this 18t:i day of August, 1958, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: <br />Noes: Councilmen: <br />Absent: Councilmen: <br />Attest: <br />urbank, Clity Clerk <br />Mayor of the City of San Leandro <br />8/15/58/nf <br />
