All that lot of land situated in the Township of <br />Eden, County of Alameda, State of California, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />A portion of the parcel of land described in the <br />Deed by J. B. Ward, et al., to Wm. Knox, dated <br />November 19, 1864, recorded in Book "R" of Deeds, <br />page 86, Alameda County Records, bounded as fol- <br />lows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northern <br />line of said Knox parcel of land with the north- <br />eastern line of the strip of land 80 feet wide, <br />described in the deed by Fritz Stenzel, et al., <br />to Western Pacific Railway Company, dated March <br />6, 1907, recorded March 19, 1907 in Book 1334 of <br />Deeds, page 179, Alameda County Records and run- <br />ning thence along said northern line south 88' <br />30' east 1211 feet, more or less, to the eastern <br />line of said Knox Parcel; thence along the last <br />mentioned line south 1018 feet, more or less, to <br />said northeastern line of the 80-foot strip of <br />land; thence along the last mentioned line north- <br />westerly 1604 feet, more or less, to the point <br />of beginning. <br />
