KNOX PROPERTY PROPOSED FOR ANNEXATION <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the northeast <br />line of the Western Pacific Railway Company right of way, 80 <br />feet wide, as described in deed from Fritz Stenzel, et al., to <br />the Western Pacific Railway Company, recorded March 19, 1907 <br />in Book 1334 of Deeds, page 179, Records of Alameda County, <br />California, with the west line of Hesperian Boulevard, as <br />said boulevard existed June 5, 1957, being on the City of San <br />Leandro boundary line as established by Ordinance No. 945 N.S. <br />and as shown on the map entitled, "MAP DELINEATING BOUNDARY <br />OF TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA, <br />BY ORDINANCE NO. 945 N.S. UNDER ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913", <br />filed October 8, 1954 in Book 32 of Maps, pages 38A, 39A, <br />40A, 41A, 42A, and 43A, Records of Alameda County, California; <br />thence southeasterly along the said City of San Leandro <br />boundary line and said northeast line of the Western Pacific <br />Railway Company right of way to its intersection with the <br />north line of the parcel of land described in deed from J. B. <br />Ward, et al., to Wm. Knox recorded in Book "R" of Deeds, <br />page 86, Records of Alameda County, being the ACTUAL POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; thence south 880 30' east 1211 feet, more or <br />less, along the last mentioned line, and said City of San <br />Leandro boundary line to the east line of the said Knox <br />parcel; thence south 00 00' west 1018 feet, more or less, <br />along the last mentioned line to the said northeast line of <br />the Western Pacific Railway Company right of way; thence <br />northwesterly 1604 feet, more or less, along the last mentioned <br />line to the actual point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel contains 14.146 acres, more <br />or less. <br />Compiled: RGE 6/6/57 <br />Checked: JA 616157 <br />is 6/7/57 <br />
