Boyd: <br />I am enclosing petition for the annexation of Dayfair <br />Extension. This is to be execute] by the Capital Com- <br />pany. To the original I am attaching a description of <br />the property; however, I do not believe that this is <br />the latest description prepared, nor ;:oes it comply with <br />any corrections which may have been made by the Alaneda <br />County Boundary Commission. <br />If ,you have the boundary commission's report and recom- <br />mendation, please use the description as corrected by <br />the commission and attach to the petition in place of <br />the Exhibit "A". Due to the fact that I had temporary <br />help in the office at the time this matter was pending, <br />I am unable to find the report and recommendation of the <br />boundary commission here, so will have to rely upon the <br />use of your copy. <br />Upon return of one copy of the petition properly <br />executed, I will have the Council take immediate proceed- <br />ings to start this annexation. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />Arthur N.
