Y. Long Co. of Oakland, California:. I <br />am enclosing a copy of a property sketch prepared b-f Mr. D. <br />E . .:;,ran of that company. You will note that in the survey <br />prepared by Mr. Ryan the property line along the southwest <br />portion of the property has a total measurement of 1601 feet <br />and that the property line along the northern line of the <br />property has a ;measurement of 1209.24 feet. There are also <br />other minor differences between the map prepared by you and <br />the one that was prepared b;;;- Mr. Ryan. <br />I would like to resolve these differences i 2 <br />can as I do not wish in the proposed annexation to create <br />problems that may hinder the transfer of title to the prop- <br />erty if such should be done in the future. <br />If you have any questions about this, please feel <br />free to call me.
