Adams, to Lucky Stores, Inc., dated October 30, 1947, recorded November 14, 1947 in book 5313 of Official Records of Alameda County at page 253; thence along the last said line and along the direct extension thereof, south 60° 141 20" east 956.17 feet; and thence north 29° W 40" east 349.45 feet to a point on the sou+hT-ipstern line of the land shown on said map of Tr-.ct c, ;, s i i point neino i,- point of beginning of this aescription; running thence along the last said ling the following two course and distances; south 62° 411 east 170.73 feet and south 75° 00' east 460 feet to the northern boundary of the City of San Leandro as established by Ordinance No. 723 N.S. of the City Council of the City of San. Leandro and "Map Delineating Boundary of Territory Annexed to the City of San Leandro" etc., filed December 12, 19)j6 in book 9 of Maps at page 46 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; thence along said boundary westerly to a point in a line drawn south 29° 451 40" west from said actual point of beginning; thence along said line so drawn northeasterly 290 feet, more or less, to said actual point of beginning. Containing 1.9 acres, more or less. Section 4. That, subject to the provisions of law relating thereto, the territory hereinbefore mentioned and described, designated as "San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 81 (Morris Draying Company)" the annex-ttion of which is hereby approved, shall become and be a part of the San Leandro Unified School District, that being the school district of the City of San Leandro. Section 5. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-211 is hereby added to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the S-in Leandro Municipal Code, to read as follows: "Section 7-2-211: On February 29, 1960, by Ordinance Nc,. N.S., the San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 81 (Morris Draying Company) was annexed to this City." Section 6. The aforesaid property known as the San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 81 is hereby zoned as Industrial or I District. Section 7. This Ordinance shall be published once, prior to its final passage in the official newspaper of this City, and shall take effect upon its adoption. - 3 -
