Adequate zoning protection. <br />2. Reduced fire insurance rates. <br />3. Reduced natural gas rates. <br />4. Better police protection. <br />6. Become residents of a well established City which has a <br />large industrial section which insures a firm and very <br />adequate assessed valuation on which adequate tax revenue <br />my be raised in order to successfully operate a city <br />without forcing hardships upon agyone. <br />7. Emergency hospital and ambulance service. <br />8. Improved representation in local problems. <br />9.
