PROPOSAL FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY <br />DESIGNATED AS CHABOT AREA TO THE CITY <br />OF SAN LEANDRO <br />Honorable Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Court House <br />12th & Oak Streets <br />Oakland, California <br />tlentlemene <br />The undersigned proponents of annexation of the hereinafter described <br />territory, being qualified electors, residing in and owners of real pro- <br />perty within the territory hereinafter described and sought to be annexed <br />to the City of San Leandro, propose to take all legal, proper, necessary, <br />or convenient steps to have said territory annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro, The proposal for the annexation of the hereinafter described <br />parcel of real property is hereby respectfully submitted to the Alameda <br />County Boundary Commission for a report to the proponents, by said <br />Alameda County Boundary Commission with respect to the matters provided <br />by law therefor, <br />The territory proposed to be annexed to, incorporated in, and included <br />in the City of San Leandro is all that land situated, lying, and being in <br />the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California, the exterior <br />boundaries of said land being particularly described in Schedule lettered <br />"A" which Schedule "A" is hereunto annexed and by this reference incorpor- <br />ated herein and made a part hereof. <br />Attached hereto and constituting a part hereof are. <br />to Particular description of territory sought to be annexed. <br />20 Map entitled "Plat To Accompany Legal Description of Territory <br />Between Lake Chabot Rd. & City of Oakland To Be Annexed To The <br />City of San Leandro" showing the exterior boundaries of territory <br />sought to be annexed. <br />Dated- April 1957. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />
