IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. CoM�S. <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING REQUEST TO ANNEX CHABOT <br />AREA TO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECITALS <br />Interested property owners have requested the consent of the City <br />Council to commence proceedings for the annexation of the Chabot Area. <br />Chabot Area is an inhabited area and is contiguous to existing boundaries <br />of San Leandro, <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said request be and it hereby is referred to the Planning <br />Commission for a report and recommendations as required by law. <br />Introduced by Councilman and passed and <br />adopted this day of April, 1957, by the following called vote. <br />Ayes.
