REQUEST FOR CONSENT TO THE COMvIENCEMENT <br />OF ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS <br />To the Honorable City Council <br />of the City of San Leandro <br />The undersigned and a number of other persons desire to commence <br />proceedings for the annexation of that certain territory described in <br />Schedule "A" hereof pursuant to the Annexation Act of 1913 and in <br />connection therewith petition the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />to give its consent to the commencement of such proceedings. <br />Said territory is inhabited and is contiguous to the City of San <br />Leandro, Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a map showing <br />proposed annexation of Chabot Area and vicinity. Also attached and <br />made a part hereof is a legal description of the property which we are <br />requesting be annexed to the City of San Leandro. <br />Respectfully yours, <br />
