Section 2. That all of the proceedings heretofore had in connection <br />with said annexation election be and the same hereby are approved, <br />Section 3. That a new section to be known as Section 7-2-207 is <br />hereby added to Title VII, Chapter 2, of the San Leandro Municipal Code <br />of 1957 to read as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-207: On /)a? , 1958, by Ordinance No. )4Ile <br />N.S., Chabot Area was annexed Ito this City." <br />Section 4. The aforesaid property known as Chabot Area is hereby <br />zoned as First Residential District or R-1 District. <br />Section 5.
