308 TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 2 City Map Section 7-2-100: The Survey and Map of the Town of San Leandro made and platted by Luis Castro, Town Engineer, and accepted and filed by the Council on the 9th day of December, 1872, be and the same is hereby declared to be the Official Map and Survey of the Town of San Leandro. Section 7-2-101: August 21, 1939 - Leland Heights. The annexation of the property described in Ordinance No. 560 N.S. of this City, to which refer- ence is hereby made, which was voted upon to be annexed to the City of San Leandro and made a part thereof and to be subject to taxation equally with the property within the City of San Leandro, to pay that portion of the bonded indebtedness of said City to the date of said annexation, be and the same is hereby approved and that said property shall from and after the date of filing in the office of the Secretary of the State of the document con- taining a copy of the record of the proceedings for the annexation of the above described property to the City of San Leandro, become and be a part of the City of San Leandro for all purposes and intent and such property shall be taxed to pay that portion of the bonded indebtedness of the City of San Leandro, equally with the property within the City of San Leandro as it ex- isted prior to the filing of the petition for annexation. Section 7-2-102: On April 13, 1942, by Ordinance No. 618 N.S., the Rogers 30 acres and an easterly portion of the Donovan 70 acres situated on Davis Street just west of the westerly City limits, was annexed to this City. Section 7-2-103: On April 27, 1942, by Ordinance No. 620 N.S., the Hale 17.42 acre tract and the Ellis 20.88 acre tract situated on Davis Street just west of the Donovan 70 acre tract was annexed to this City. Section 7-2-104: On July 6, 1942, by Ordinance No. 624 N.S., the west- erly portion of the Donovan 70 acres, the Charles Hale 17.42 acre tract and the Ellis 20.88 acre tract, situated on Davis Street just west of the westerly City limits, was annexed to this City.
