By us- <br />ing a smaller type font, we were able to get it onto one piece of <br />paper. It would be greatly appreciated if you could distribute them <br />to proponents. <br />At first glance, the first sentence in Section 3(j) and the last <br />sentence in Section 4(a) seem to be in conflict. Not so. To qualify <br />under Section 3(j), the annexation boundary must exactly match one <br />city, one district or one zone. In Section 4(a), the annexation will <br />qualify for the flat $95.00 fee if it exactly matches any combination <br />of existing boundaries. <br />Please let us know if you need more copies of the schedule. We <br />will be glad to send them to you. Reproduce the schedule if you <br />wish to do so. The copies we are furnishing to you are very clean <br />and should reproduce well. <br />It is important that proponents be advised as to the ten percent <br />increase in the fees during December. We will use the postmark to <br />determine the date of filing. In December of 1977 and 1978, one third <br />of the over fourteen hundred filings received could have been filed <br />before December 1st. We will be mailing individual copies of the <br />schedule to cities, school districts and to those county officials <br />whose addresses are known to us.
