IN THE __ ' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAS 40RO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80 - 48 1095 <br />AN ORDINANCE PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br />HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT <br />Area I, Davis St. West <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly <br />and properly held in compliance with the Zonina Ordinance of the pity of San Leandro <br />has determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require <br />the prezoning of the properties described below to the district and classification <br />hereinafter set forth: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. Those certain properties generally known as or located northerly <br />of Davis St., easterly of Doolittle Dr. presently unincorporated and consisting of <br />Southern Pacific: Railroad right-of-way and property at 800 Carden St. which properties <br />are more specifically shown on the map set forth in section 2 hereof, are hereby <br />reclassified from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) District to I-2 (General Industrial) District. <br />Section 2. The City of San Leandro official Zoning Maps is hereby amended <br />as shown on Sheets 3E and 4B, amended and filed in the office of the City Clerk <br />on October 6, 1980. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published at least once in the official <br />newspaper prior to its adoption and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and <br />after the date of its adopting provided, however, the provisions hereof shall not <br />become operative until the properties referred to are annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro. <br />
