�c <br />3. in the event that a city assumes full responsibility for a <br />provided by a separate County taxing agency <br />service or services presently <br />or special district within a territory proposed to be annexed, pursuant to <br />Revenue and Taxation Code Sec. 99(3), the County will endeavor to transfer <br />to the city the entire computed property tax revenue presently allocated to <br />such County agency or district from said area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C i ty of <br />San Leandro, that absent further statutory clarification and ot'her factors, <br />the aforementioned poi icy represents a method by which Constitutionally - <br />limited property tax revenues can .oe rationally and fairly redistributed among <br />agencies affected by an annexation. <br />Introduced by Council Member Landis and passed and adopted <br />.his24t'.i day of March 1080, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the.
