Will the proposed land use require the widening or upgrading of <br />existing streets, the construction of new streets, sewer, or other <br />capital improvements? If so, describe how they will be financed. <br />No. The development of the properties will trigger requirements <br />for improvements, financed by the owner. <br />4. How much annual revenue will be needed to support the services which <br />this proposal would require? <br />$1,600 - S2,300 per year (approximate) <br />S.
