TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, MARY JOSEPH CUNHA, hereby petitions your <br />Honorable Body to annex to the City of San Leandro the hereinafter <br />described property, and to that end I respectfully represent: <br />That I am the owner of not less than one-fourth of the area <br />of land in such territory, to wit, that I own the whole thereof, <br />and that I represent not less than one-fourth of the assessed value <br />of such territory according to the last preceding equalized assess- <br />ment roll of Alameda County in which said territory is situated, to <br />wit, that I represent the whole of such assessed value. <br />I also agree, in view of the fact that I will receive all the <br />benefit of the existing bonded indebtedness of the City, to pay my <br />proper pro rata of such indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all that land <br />situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, and State of <br />California, described on Exhibit A hereto annexed and made a part <br />hereof. <br />/ Date 7.1a;z 2 19E'Q <br />MARY-fJOSEPH 31UNHA <br />
