C,M�S, RESOLUTION GRANTING CONSENT TO THE DETACHMENT OF CER- TAIN LAND FROM THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF OAKLAND RECITALS-. The City of Oakland, a mi-micipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, acquired the hereinafter described real property by a certain Agreement and Conveyance dated October 20, 1947, and ever since has been and now is the fee title owner thereof. Said real property is situate in the City of San Leandro but is surrounded on three sides by lands within the City of Oakland. There is no freeholder within the hereinafter described territory which is now situate within the boundaries of the City of San Leandro other than the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Oakland, that said Board of Port Commissioners consents to the detachment of said real property from the City of San Leandro so that the same may be annexed to the City of Oakland. The Board of Port Commissioners, on December 6, 1954, adopted its Resolution No, B 4113 entitled: "Resolution Petitioning the City Council of the City of San Leandro to Consent to the Detachment of Certain Land from the City of San Leandro for Annexation to the City of Oakland" pursuant to the provisions of Section 35304 of the Government Code of the State of California: Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That this City Council, being the legislative body of the City of San Leandro, hereby finds that all of the foregoing recitals are true and that it has received the consent of at least two-thirds of the freeholders, to -wit.- the consent of the sole freeholder within said territory to detachment of said territory from the City of San Leandro; and be it further RESOLVED, that this City Council hereby gives consent to the detachment of the hereinafter described property, being the property hereinbefore referred to from the City of San Leandro so that the same may be annexed to the City of Oakland. Said property so proposed to be detached from the City of San Leandro, is all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, described as follows- !�1m.
