<br />In connection with this order the Company is prepared to issue a Policy of Title Insurance in
<br />its usual form, as of the date of this report, containing its standard exceptions and conditions, showing
<br />title as herein set forth.
<br />This report is issued without liability pending recording, final closing and issuance of Policy in
<br />accordance with instructions, and payment of premium.

<br />2447 of Deeds, at pare 30�, Alameda County Records, by reason of the
<br />uncertainty as to whether any interest other than an easement was
<br />conveyed thereby.
<br />Said deed recites in habendum clause as follows: "for
<br />the uses and purposes of a public highway".
<br />5. ACTION pending in Superior Court, Alameda County Case
<br />No. 200224, "City of Oakland, a municipal corporation, acting by and
<br />through its Board of Port Commissioners, plaintiff, vs. Annie H. Darbee,
<br />Andrew L. Darbee, City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation'.', et
<br />al., defendants, to condemn premises and other property also for public
<br />use. Notice of pendency was recorded January 11, 1947, in book 5079
<br />O.r., page 154, Alameda County Records.
<br />Said proceedings were transferred to Contra Costa
<br />County and have not been examined by this Company.
<br />NOT Premises was annexed to the City of San Leandro, by
<br />ordinance no. 975 N.S., on July 11, 1955, certified copy whereof was
<br />recorded July 29, 1955, in book 7733 O.R., pace 501, Alameda County
<br />Records.
