En- <br />closed is the original and a copy of a deed dated <br />December 20, 1954 from the City of Oakland to the <br />City of San Leandro, covering the area adjacent to <br />the previously granted two hundred foot strip. This <br />area covers land formerly owned by the Ellinwoods. <br />,also enclosed is original and a copy of quitclaim <br />deed dated December 20, 1954 from the City of Oakland <br />to the City of San Leandro covering the small trian- <br />gular area located at the Foot of Davis Street across <br />from your sewage disposal plant. Please send to us <br />for our records the recordation data on these deeds <br />when they have been recorded. <br />Also enclosed is certified copy of Board of <br />Port Commissioners Resolution No. B4113 which peti- <br />tions your City Council to detach from the City of <br />San Leandro the former Adams' property, now owned by <br />the Port of Oakland, which fronts on Doolittle Drive <br />about midway between Jones and Davis Streets. <br />That parcel has been the subject of previous dis- <br />cussions by the representatives of both cities, and <br />MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PORT AUTHORITIES, INC. <br />
