tw <br />GRANT AVENUE ANNEXATION - JERAS CORPORATION <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />All that lot of Land situated in the Township of Eden, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Southern boundary <br />line of that certain tract of land annexed to the City of San Leandro <br />under Ordinance No. 1009 N.S., adopted August 6, 1956, a map of which <br />was filed January 14, 1957, in *'ap book 40, at pages 81-83 thereof., <br />Records of Alameda County, California, with the Northwestern line of <br />Grant Avenue, 86.00 feet wide, as said Northwestern line is shown de- <br />lineated on "Record of Survey No. 476.' filed July 13, 1972, in Book 8 <br />of Record of Surveys, at pages 85-89, (72-94266), Records of Alameda <br />County, California; running thence Southwesterly along said Northwestern <br />line of said avenue 794.751 feet to an angle point on the general <br />Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey No. 476; thence North- <br />westerly leaving said Northwestern line of said avenue, along said <br />general Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey No. 476, 108.232 <br />feet to said Southern boundary line of said City of San Leandro; thence <br />Northeasterly along the last named line 778.25 feet, more or less, to <br />the point of beginning. <br />CONSENT TO DETACHMENT <br />I am the owner of the above -described property recently annexed to <br />the City of San Leandro, I wish to have said property detached from <br />the Hayward Area Recreation District.
