CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND TAXING, ETC. <br />(1) TO THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COtMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />(2) TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned property owner hereby tenders its consent to the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County and to the City of San Leandro <br />for annexation to said City of the hereinafter described territory in accord- <br />ance with the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 and Section <br />54797.1 of the Government Code of the State of California. <br />Said territory is uninhabited territory, and is situate in the County <br />of Alameda, State of California. <br />The undersigned petitioner is the owner of all the land in the territory <br />proposed to be annexed to the City of San Leandro. <br />The undersiMed herebv consent that the territory hereinafter described <br />be taxed the same as all other Property in the City of San Leandro to pay any <br />indebtedness or liability of said City contracted Prior to or existing at the <br />time of annexation.
