Jennings, Chief <br />Valuation Division <br />Gentlemen: <br />415-638-4100 <br />In compliance with Section 54900, et seq. of the Government Code, <br />the following information and attachments are submitted: <br />1. One copy of Resolution No. 73-50 approving annexation. <br />2. Photostatic copy of certification by the Secretary of State. <br />3. Photostatic copy of requirement placed on the annexation <br />by the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County. <br />4. Photostatic copy of resolution of the Board of Directors of <br />the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District approving the <br />withdrawal of the area from their district. (This meets <br />the requirement of Item 3 above). <br />5. The annexed territory will be taxed equally with others <br />already in the City. <br />6. The legal description of the annexed area is incorporated <br />in Resolution No. 73-50 approving annexation. <br />7. The annexed lot fronts vacant property, which may be sub- <br />divided in the future. However, any numbers issued on <br />Grant Avenue will be uneven numbers in the 2500 block. <br />8. Attached are three maps showing boundaries of the annexed <br />area. <br />9.
