2002 <br />against the annexation made by any person owning real property within the <br />City of San Leandro. -who does not also own property in the territory to <br />be annexed; <br />That the territory hereinafter described is uninhabited and is con- <br />tiguous with the present boundary line of the City; <br />That the territory proposed to be annexed is described as all that <br />land situated in the Township of Eden, Alameda County, California: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Southern 9oundary <br />line of that certain tract of land annexed to the Pity of San <br />Leandro under Ordinance No. 1009 N.S., adopted August 6, 1956. <br />a map of which was filed January 14, 1957, in Map Book 40, at <br />pages 81-83 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />with the Northwastarn line of Grant Avenue, 86.00 feet wide, <br />as said Northwestern line is shown delineated on "Record of <br />Survey No. 476", filed July 13, 1972, in Book 8 of Record of <br />Surveys, at pages 85-89, (72-94266), Records of Alameda County, <br />California; running thence Southwesterly along said Northwestern <br />line of said avenue 794.751 feet to an angle point on the general <br />Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey No. 476; thence <br />Northwesterly leaving said Northwestern line of said avenue, along <br />said general Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey <br />No. 476, 108.232 feet to said Southern boundary line of said <br />City of San Leandro; thence Northeasterly along the last named <br />line 778.25 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />That the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro is hereby directed <br />to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least once in TEE <br />DAILY REVIEW, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br />of San Leandro.
