VVED'T
Dear Mr. West: r:TY CLERK
Thank you for your recent letter notifying the Bureau of the Census of
changes in the corporate limits of your municipality.
The primary source of information regarding boundary changes recognized
under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 (Revenue Sharing
Act) is the Census Bureau's Boundary and Annexation Survey, an annual
survey of incorporated places with populations of 2,500 or more to obtain
information on boundary changes occurring during the previous year. Un-
fortunately, we received the materials you sent too late to include them
in a final update of our maps and files before our next Boundary and
Annexation Survey.
We will conduct our next Boundary and Annexation Survey in early January
1974. At that time we will send a map showing the latest corporate limits
of your municipality, as shown in the Bureau's records, to your chief
municipal officer. Please be sure to include the changes noted in your
correspondence in your update of the Boundary and Annexation Survey question-
naire when you receive those materials in January. For your convenience,
we have listed the boundary change actions reported in your correspondence
below:
Authorization Effective
Action Type Number Date
Annexation Resolution 73-50 2-20-73
We appreciate your cooperation and assistance.
Sincerely,
MORTON A.
