BATES <br />5TH DISTRICT <br />Thank you for your letter of September 17, 1975, and enclosure. You are <br />correct in your understanding that I recommended a modified version of the annexation <br />map for detachment of the subject area from County Service AreasL-2 and F-1965-4. <br />The word "Detachment" circled in green on the enclosed map should be <br />deleted. It did not appear on the filed annexation map and it is not sufficiently <br />descriptive by itself for detachment purposes. <br />I have marked the map in red indicating the modifications which I believe <br />will make its purpose clear. It is my intent that the several clauses be 'T " d <br />out rather than eliminated, so that the original map is still legible. <br />I recommend also that the description caption be modified similarly if <br />it is attached separately as an exhibit.
