Alameda County <br />Planning Commission - 2 - <br />September 6, 1973 <br />As the Commission is aware, requests have been submitted from <br />citizens of San Lorenzo for, a moratorium on development of the Crow- <br />Spleker property in San Leandro. This cannot be done in the absence <br />of the need for some special approval of any proposed development. <br />In summary, San Leandro strongly supports your intention to prepare <br />a plan for the future development of the area in question. Permitting <br />an industrial area to be served only by streets through residential <br />areas is not the best ultimate solution. <br />We look forward to participating in your study to whatever extent <br />and in whatever way you feel we can be most helpful. <br />Very truly yours, <br />W.
