pursuant to §56294, the Board of Supervisors may assume jurisdiction to <br />complete these proceedings, and to enforce compliance with any terms or <br />conditions thereof. Upon assuming such jurisdiction, the last-mentioned <br />section provides that the Board of Supervisors' jurisdiction shall be <br />exclusive, and that the Board of Supervisors may exercise all of the <br />powers and duties of the Board of Directors of the Hayward Area Recrea- <br />tion and Park District with respect to the matter involved. <br />am <br />KHB:a <br />
