Ordinance No. 1009 N.S., adopted <br />August 6, 1956, a map of which was filed January 14, 1957, <br />in May Book 40, at pages 81-83 thereof, Records of Alameda <br />County, California, with the Northwestern line of Grant Avenue, <br />86.00 feet wide, as said Northwestern line is shown delineated <br />on•"Record of Survey No. 476," filed July 13, 1972, in Book 8 <br />of Record of Surveys, at pages 85-89, (72-94266), Records of <br />Alameda County, California; running thence Southwesterly along <br />said Northwestern line of said avenue 794.751 feet to an angle <br />point on the general Southern boundary line of said Record <br />of Survey No. 476; thence Northwesterly leaving said North- <br />western line of said avenue, along said general Southern boun- <br />dary line of said Record of Survey No. 476, 108.232 feet to <br />said Southern boundary line of said City of. San Leandro; <br />thence Northeasterly along the last named line 778.25 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />Date: April 1, 1973 <br />
