Therefore, you are <br />entitled to the use of the City's recreational facilities. <br />At this time, however, your property is still within the <br />Hayward Area Recreation District. To remove your property <br />from that district, and thus reduce your tax burden, we <br />need your signature on the enclosed consent form.
