AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLETION OF ANNEXATION <br />(Hesperian Boulevard Properties between <br />the Castro Valley Freeway and the <br />Western Pacific Railroad, Unit No. 90) <br />I, Richard H. West, say: <br />That I am and at all times herein mentioned was the <br />the duly appointed, qualified and acting Clerk of the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and ex officio Clerk of <br />the City Council of said City; <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation <br />of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, the City Council of the <br />City of San Leandro did, on Octoberl9, 1970, adopt Ordinance <br />No. 70-46 annexing to the City of San Leandro the territory <br />described in said Ordinance, a certified copy of which ordinance <br />is attached hereto; <br />That I did immediately thereafter transmit to the <br />Secretary of State a certified copy of said Ordinance; <br />That there is attached hereto the certificate of the <br />Secretary of State filed in his office on <br />I declare under penalty of perjury the foregoinV is <br />true and correct. <br />Dated: November 4, 1970 <br />Richard H.
