1095 <br />Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-221 is hereby <br />added to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code of 1957 to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-221: On October 19 1.970, by Ordinance No. 70 - 46 <br />Hesperian Boulevard Properties Between the Castro Valley Freeway and the <br />Western Pacific Railroad, Unit No. 90, was annexed to this City." <br />Section 5. The property hereby annexed is hereby zoned as T-1 (Rapid <br />Transit) District. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall be published at least once in the official <br />newspaper prior to its adoption and shall take effect upon adoption. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt on this 5th day of <br />October, 1970, and passed to print by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Coppa, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
