Law, whereupon the territory herein referred to shall be, to all
<br />Intents and purposes, a part of this City.
<br />Section 3. The boundaries of the territory annexed are specific-
<br />ally described as follows:
<br />All that land situated in the Townsh°p of Eden, Alameda County,
<br />California, bounded as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the City of San Leandro boundary
<br />line as established by Ordinance 957 N.S. as shown on the map
<br />filed January 19, 1955 in Map Book 32, page 58A, Alameda County
<br />Records, said point being the intersection of the northeastern
<br />line of Merced Street, 60.00 feet wide, more or less, with the
<br />northwestern line of First Avenue (West Ave. 132) 60 feet wide;
<br />thence along the said City of San Leandro boundary line and
<br />along said northwestern line of First Avenue north 62' 301 east
<br />322.46 feet to the most southern corner of the territory
<br />annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 1005 N.S.
<br />as shown on the map filed November 1, 1956 in Map Book 40,
<br />page 77, Alameda County Records; thence along the City of San
<br />Leandro boundary line established by said Ordinance No. 1005 N.S.
<br />tFee following courses: north 27' 30' west 178.00 feet; north
<br />62' 30' east 244.72 feet; south 27' 301 east 134.90 feet; south
<br />69` 301 west 113.00 feet; and south 27' 301 east 43.10 feet,
<br />more or less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line estab-
<br />lished by the aforementioned Ordinance No. 957 N.S.; thence
<br />along the said City of San Leandro boundary line established
<br />by Ordinance No. 957 N.S. north 62' 301 east 113.00 feet to its
<br />intersection with the southwestern line of the parcel of land
<br />described in deed from George R. Mendonca, Junior and Beatrice
<br />J. Mendonca, his wife, to State of California, dated March 6,
<br />1950 and recorded April 12, 1950 in Book 6075 of Official
<br />Records, page 416, of Alameda County; thence leaving last
<br />said boundary line along the said southwestern line north
<br />27' 241 25" west 30.02 feet to the point of intersection thereof
<br />with the northwestern .line of the last mentioned parce'Y of land,
<br />said point being a point on the general southwesterly right of
<br />way line of the Nimitz Freeway, Road IV ALA 69-C, S. Ln., as said
<br />general southwesterly line is delineated on sheet 13 of 99 sheets,
<br />designated "AS BUILT," and filed August 15, 1955, in State Highway
<br />Map Book No. 3, Section 5 thereof tinder Recorder's Series
<br />No. AK 87582, Records of Alameda County, California, thence along
<br />said general southwesterly right of way line as follows:
<br />northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, tangent
<br />at last said point to a course which bears north 61' 28' 59"
<br />east, the radius of which curve is 150 feet, a distance along
<br />said arc of 109.60 feet; thence tangent to last said arc north
<br />19` 37' 13'' east 337.33 feet; thence northeasterly, northerly
<br />and northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left,
<br />tangent to last said course, the radius of which curve is 300
<br />feet, a distance along said arc of 357.83 feet; thence tangent
<br />to last said arc north 48' 43' 100, west 47.59 feet, more or
<br />less, to a line parallel with the southeastern line of the
<br />territory annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ord;nance
<br />No. 959 N.S. as shown on the map filed January 19, 1955 in Map
<br />Book 32, page 60A, Alameda County Records, and distant south-
