April 26, 1963 <br />Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Court House, 1I225 Fallon <br />Oakland, California <br />Re: Proposed Annexation of Territory <br />to the Citv of San Leandro <br />Gentlemen: <br />We, the undersigned, propose to have annexed to the <br />City of San Leandro, under the provisions of the <br />Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, all <br />that land situated in the Township of Eden, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, more particularly <br />described on the annexed Schedule A, which Schedule A <br />is hereunto attached, referred tc, and made a part <br />hereof as fully as though set forth herein. <br />In accordance with Section 35002 of the Government Code <br />of the State of California, we do hereby submit to you <br />a proposal to annex said territory to the City of San <br />Leandro, and request a report on the definiteness and <br />certainty of the boundaries described herein and of <br />other matters as specified by law. <br />Very truly yours, <br />L <br />Ugo Ab46 <br />2072.
